Teleheath
Live Rite acts as a free hub for your telehealth needs, providing you with tablets, headsets, assistance and a private room/library for you to meet with your providers. We have recently renovated our Library in the building with new computers/tablets, printers, TVs, books and workstations to fill all your needs in a quiet setting.
- 3 High-Speed Tablets available for checkout (Samsung Galaxy Tab 6)
- Each tablet comes with a headset so you can clearly hear and speak with your provider
- Staff members are available from 9-5, M-F to give any assistance you need getting set up
- Private & Quiet Library with your own workstation
- Use your doctor's portal, zoom, teams, meet, etc.
How It Works
- Fill out the telehealth form below
- We will reach out to you shortly after, or give us a call if its urgent 586-217-5899 (you can also come in right away Mon-Fri 9am-4pm), to set up a time for you to first come in
- When you get to the center, a staff member will get you a tablet and guide you where to go
- Come back whenever you need to!
